Week of November 18, 2013

The Plan:

We are continuing in Topic 5 on Multiplication of Fractions. We will finish lesson 3, 4 and 5 this week. Topic Review is due Friday, and the test will be next Monday, November 25.

*For students needing extra practice on Mixed numbers and Improper fractions, please view intervention lesson i12-1 in the Practice tab on digits. Also, i9-2 is review on simplifying fractions.

Monday: 

• 5-3 lesson in class
• 5-3 homework due Wednesday
• Topic 5 Review due Friday
• Topic 5 test Monday

Tuesday:

• 5-4 lesson in class
• 5-3 homework due Wednesday
• 5-4 homework due Thursday
• Topic 5 Review due Friday
• Topic 5 test Monday

*I am available to stay after school on Thursday to help any students needing extra help multiplying fractions.  
*Friday there will be a study session for Monday's test open to anyone wanting extra review.

Wednesday:
